Job Description

The Property Manager will oversee a residential portfolio throughout Northwest Arkansas. This role requires strong organization, local market knowledge, and the ability to manage maintenance, tenant relations, and owner communication in a fast-moving rental market.

Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day operations of single-family and small multifamily homes

· Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvements to the property to ensure it remains in optimal condition.

· Manage relationships with maintenance vendors and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and cost efficiency.

· Conduct property inspections (move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections)

· Oversee tenant communication, lease enforcement, and conflict resolution

· Oversee rent collection and delinquency processes

· Maintain accurate records using property management software

· Ensure compliance with Arkansas landlord-tenant laws

Qualification

· Property management experience preferred

· Experience with property management software preferred

· Strong communication, problem-solving skills and people skills

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)

· Must be able to travel within the local area Northwest Arkansas

· Real Estate License preferred

Competitive salary based on experience ($19-$20)

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
